Mike and Elaine Bayer founded the Hug Away Foundation in 2008.  They are  parents to three sons and three daughters. Their daughters are adopted from S. Korea and Vietnam. After the adoption of their oldest daughter Elaine became an advocate for adoption and orphans.  Their hope is to bring awareness to adoption and orphans.
